About

Ms. Ware is a senior associate attorney with Sasser, Cestero & Roy, P.A. in West Palm Beach, Florida. Ms. Ware is a Board Certified Marital and Family Law attorney and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). Ms. Ware practices marital and family law exclusively, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, modification, and enforcement actions.

Prior to joining Sasser, Cestero & Roy, P.A., Ms. Ware advocated on behalf of Florida’s most vulnerable families through her work at Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida in the Family Law and Domestic Violence Unit. Ms. Ware previously served on the board of the Broward Domestic Violence Council and as a member of the Broward Victim’s Rights Coalition.

Ms. Ware is active in The Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and currently serves on the Family Law Section’s Executive Council. Ms. Ware also serves as co-chair for the Publications Committee and member of Legislation, Children’s Issues, Long Range Planning, Domestic Violence, Judiciary, Membership, Equitable Distribution, and CLE Committees for the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. In 2024, Ms. Ware was selected to join the four (4) member review course committee of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar put on in conjunction with the Florida Chapter of the AAML. The review course is an annual CLE for approximately 2,000 Florida family law practitioners.

Ms. Ware is also an active member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Ms. Ware currently serves as Secretary on the Palm Beach County chapter Board of Directors. She has previously served as Programming Director and co-chaired the Justice Barbara Pariente Judicial Reception. Ms. Ware is also a member of Greenberg Gamot Family Law American Inn of Court of the Palm Beaches currently serving as Programming Co-Chair.

Ms. Ware was selected as a Florida SuperLawyers Rising Star in 2024 and 2025.
