Elisha D. Roy is a Board Certified Marital & Family Law attorney and a Fellow of both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) as well as certified by the National Board of Trial Advocates. She is well known for her active involvement in legislation, participating in the authorship of statutes pertaining to alimony, relocation, and timesharing, including intimate involvement with the recent changes to Florida law. In her spare time, Ms. Roy loves spending time with her children and her husband; she is an avid Cross-fitter and loves hiking and outdoor activities.
